Cemon Victa further pursues his interest in working with vocalists – this time with Marina Borodina, who has also featured on the 2015 Ragnarok album. “Let it Go” is the single-handed invention of a hardcore mourning song, working in the obvious contrast of a heavenly female voice with the rush of beats and melody.

The concept to produce a funeral song for a gabber was brought up together with Tommy Verbrugge aka DJ Chaos, the text was written by Sietse van Daalen: At that stage, fiction crossed the line to reality – and Cemon Victa could only continue production with the heads-up of Marina’s marvelous voice and her participation in the writing and arrangement of this exceptional tune. Unashamedly emotional, a message to let go, however hard it is, because you have to.
