The first production by Dutch hardcore DJ Desolate 1 comes as a nice surprise, with a breeze of Balearic air and the spirit of 1992 coming from the speakers, albeit in a crisp modern sound design. Relaxed 125 bpm, summery ambience with atmospheric breaks and cheeky old school samples make for an enjoyable trip through time.
